Built within and around a converted bus garage in the heart of the North Fremantle village, Propeller's kitchen is lead by Head Chef Kurt Sampson.

Drawing on the flavours of the Middle East and the Levant, Kurt's menu is designed for feasting and for sharing with friends and family.

Propeller is open from 11.30am till late Wednesday to Friday for lunch and dinner, and from 8am on the weekends for breakfasts and all-day dining. So whether you’re after a delicious mid-week dinner with the family, a quick Saturday morning takeaway coffee and pastry or a relaxing Sunday brunch on the outdoor terrace with friends, we’d love you to join us.
